Sugar. Spice. And everything nice.

– apples, cinnamon and coffee… what a perfect morning ?

Ingredients for 2 serves:

  • 1tbsp red curry paste
  • 200g kale
  • 250g chickpeas (dried)
  • 60g cashew nuts
  • 300ml coconut milk
  • 55g yasmine rice

Preparation:

  • Heat oil and add the curry paste. Fry for about 3 minutes.
  • Add chickpeas, kale and mix well.
  • Pour in the coconut milk, bring to boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Add cooked rice.
  • Garnish with cashew nuts and sprinkle with chopped kale stem (zero waste method).
